LOTUS REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT D.O.O. is a small boutique developer in Belgrade. The company’s focus is development and construction activities in the municipality of Savski venac Belgrade (Dedinje and Senjak neighborhoods).

LOTUS works as an overall project owner, the company buys land, hires an architectural firm for the development of the project, a general contractor for the construction of the project and a broker for the sale of the residential units.

The projects are financed by equity provided by the head-company in Switzerland, LOTUS REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES AG, and by debt financing provided by a local bank as a construction loan.

The focus is on premium properties with a net living area of between 1,000m2 and max. 1,800m2 with apartments of between 60m2 and 250m2. The maximum development and construction time is 30 months.

The first project in Belgrade is D’HOME, which will be completed at the end of September 2024.
